Our team brings together behavioral health clinicians, seasoned operators, M&A professionals, and mission-aligned investors to acquire and scale a single pediatric mental health business. We are focused on acquiring a high-quality company and building on its legacy with a long-term vision for meaningful, sustainable growth.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking to acquire a founder-led pediatric behavioral health business with the following characteristics:

  • Industry: Pediatric mental health, autism services, ABA therapy, child psychiatry, school-based or telehealth-focused care

  • Location: U.S.-based

  • Revenue: $5 million – $15 million annually

  • EBITDA: $1.5 million or higher

  • Ownership: Founder-led, seeking to sell a majority stake

  • Situation: Succession, retirement, plateaued operator, or strategic exit

  • Business Model: Recurring or re-occurring revenue with a diverse payer mix

  • Customer Base: Diversified, with no excessive reliance on a single source

  • Staffing: Experienced clinicians with strong mid-level management

  • Culture: Mission-driven, family-centered, and clinically focused
